LOVE-RAT football boss Jose Mourinho faces TWO MORE bombshell claims of affairs, The Sun can reveal.

We told last week how the ex-Chelsea manager lived with shop girl Elsa Sousa behind his wife’s back.

Details of the affair form part of a legal investigation in Mourinho’s native Portugal after they were left out of a tell-all book.

Now it has emerged that damaging claims of two other relationships with women were dropped from the book by Carolina Salgado.

She is the former girlfriend of Pinto da Costa, president of FC Porto, a Portuguese club Mourinho, 44, coached. Meanwhile blonde Elsa, 34, has told how Mourinho, called The Special One, fed her chocolate-chip cookies as they romped – while playing Bryan Adams’ hit Everything I Do, I Do It For You.

She also claimed the dad of two promised to leave his wife Matilde for her. Elsa said: “I loved Jose very much. The chemistry between us was electrifying. He was very gentle, sweet and attentive.”

Until The Sun broke the news, Matilde had no idea she shared her husband with another woman.
